Getting us your files

Booksmart Studio offers three methods for clients to get us their digital files.

When sending a QuarkXPress or InDesign document you MUST package all fonts, images, & page layouts in your folder. The quickest & most efficient method for doing this is by using the package option in either piece of software.

First Method

When checking out in our online printing site users will have the option of uploading while placing your order, along with all of your specifications. If your upload fails during this process you can also resort to the second method and just note your order number in either the files name or in the files info area(in Photoshop go to File Info.)

Second Method

Use the button in the upper right-hand corner of our website titled Client Login. When the new pop-up window appears use the following information to log in

Area: Asset Manager

User: Guest (with a capital G)

Password: booksmart

•Click on the add button and find your image or page layout file on the computer.

• Once the file is uploaded please either email printing@booksmartstudio.com or click on your image in the FTP site and choose Share. The Share option will allow you to send a notification via email that your image has been placed on our server. This share option should also be emailed to printing@booksmartstudio.com.

* We remove images from our server instantly once they have been downloaded to prevent theft of imagery.

**Note: For larger volume customers we have an application you can install on your computer that will allow you to drop your files into the application window and it will automatically upload the images to our Asset Manager website. Please inquire with Booksmart Studio to obtain this software.

Third Method

Send us a CD or DVD with your images or page layout to:
